How do I subscribe or register for LQM Online?
Just click on the following link, subscribe,
and fill out the information as directed on the page.

How long does it take until I receive my username and password?
Every subcription is evaluated by our staff. Replies
are usually within a few hours if the request is made during normal
business hours and the subscription is approved, your account will be
activated overnight.

How much does the subscription cost?
Currently, customers of LQM Petroleum receive
a complimentary subcription to LQM Online. However, LQM does grant paid
subscriptions to others who are interested in accessing LQM Online.
Interested companies should Just click on the following link, subscription details,
and get all additional information.

I checked the remember password box, but my browser doesn't remember
my username and password every day?
The
settings in your browser program preferences probably have not been
changed to accept cookies from web sites. You need to enable cookies
on your browser so LQM Online can remember who you are when you attempt
to log on.

Why to I need to enable cookies on my browser?
We
need to store cookie value (A small packet of information used to store
persistent state information on the users computer.) in your computer
so that site can work in more efficient and perfect way and you can
get full access to site. Make sure that you enable cookies in your browser
which can be found in the Preference settings in your browser program.

Why I am getting message "We're sorry, your session has expired.
Please log in again." ?
For security reasons, your session automatically
"times out" after ten minutes of inactivity to ensure that
no one can manipulate your information if you leave your computer while
still logged in. To re-enter our website, simply return to the home
or login page and re-login.
Note : For your conveniece Your "My Prices" page will get
refreshed every 5 minutes, so if you have this page displayed on your
browser, you will remain logged in and don't have to re-login every
ten min.

I am getting message "This username is currently in use.",
what does this mean ?
There are several reasons why this is happening:
1. One of the possible reason could be that some one is using your username/password.
Please note that LQM Web site's username are not shareable and they
are meant for individual users only. If you need additional username(s)/password(s)
or you want to change your username/password, please send request at
subscribe@lqm.com.
2. Another reason could be that your browser/computer crashed and you
are trying to re-login immediately. If this is the case, please wait
10 minutes and re-login.
3. A third possibility could be that you just closed your browser and
now you want to re-enter to web site. If this is the case, please wait
10 minutes and re-login.
Note : When you finish using lqm online website, use the Log Out button
to leave the site, and close the browser. This will allow you to log
back in immediately.

How often are the prices on the web site updated?
Bunker
prices in major bunker ports are updated throughout the day. All of
LQM's worldwide offices are updating the site
with prices and news during their business hours. Most other prices
are updated daily.

Where do the prices and news come from?
LQM's
volumes in ports throughout the world allows us to keep abreast of all
the news and latest prices. Between our worldwide offices, we are already
working in the port you are interested in. Live updates from our staff
are reported on the web site immediately.

What happens if I need a graph or price that I can't find on the web
site?
LQM
has over a decade of prices and statistics on file in its database.
Their staff can put together any type of presentation or analysis you
could require. If you need a special price study, please send an email
with the details of what you need and we will quickly advise you of
its availability.
